Maybe you’ve been in the Grampa’s basement and came upon a trunk full of clothes from the 1930’s or 1940’s. Though they are tattered and worn now, you can see the quality of the jacket your grandfather wore on a date with your grandmother or how he was dressed for a Saturday night dance.  The stylish fit of the sportswear of the 1920’s through the 1950’s is certainly much different from the baggy, one-size-fits-all clothing of today.

With this in mind, Diamond Sportswear is proud to introduce the resurrection of that marvelous era of well-fitted sportswear. Materials include 24 oz. Melton wool,  veg tanned horsehide and our patterns feature detailing like 3-part western style backs with leather belts or  knife pleats or welted pockets or all of the above. These garments are fully lined with precise top-stitching and zippers of the era.  Or maybe you’re interested in good old denim.  Not the 6 or 7 oz “here today – gone tomorrow” stuff the mall sells, but 15 oz quality denim meant to be worn hard and last long.

Patterns have been researched from catalogs of the era.  All garments are hand-crafted in the United States from top quality products and tailored to fit.
If you’re reading the description of these items and like the sound of them, then you’re the customer we’re looking to please.  We’re tired of ill-fitting clothes that make the wearer look less than spectacular.
